I’m going to put aside the Romeo bashing for a minute to talk about some injury updates. First - the bad news. Unfortunately LeCharles Bentley’s amazing comeback attempt has been temporarily put on hold as he was put on the PUP list today. LeCharles has made his desire to play for his hometown Browns very clear and it’s a shame he’s going to have to wait a bit longer. He’ll be able to attend team meetings and work out at the team’s facilities but he won’t be able to play until after the sixth week of the regular season. Personally, I’d rather see him take his time and make a full recovery so maybe this will help.

Now on to the good news. Both Eric Steinbach and Orpheus Roye practiced with the team today. These guys are crucial to their respective lines and it will be great to have them back. Actually, the offensive line has been pretty impressive so far without Steinbach so i’m excited to see how they perform with him.
